Dan Wilson

Paramedic 12 years
First Aid Instructor
WCB/EMP Examiner
Training in all levels of first aid, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Ground Disturbance.

Dan was raised in the Rolla area, attended high school in Dawson Creek.
Dan worked as a heavy duty mechanic for 12 years for the local John Deere dealership servicing farm machinery as well as small engines and garden equipment. He met many people, enjoyed many meals around farm dinner tables while on service calls to repair farm equipment. Life long friendships were formed during these visits.

While recovering from an injury to a tendon in his hand, Dan took his Level 3 first aid course and a whole new chapter opened in his life. He signed on with BC Ambulance as a part time attendant and found his true calling in life. After a three year stint as a high school instructor in Tumbler Ridge where he looked after the heavy duty mechanic’s program, he moved to Fort St. John. For the following four years he furthered his first aid instruction qualification and became a WCB/EMP examiner. From there it evolved into Mobile Treatment Centers and Mountainview Safety Services Ltd. was born.

Norma Wilson

Norma was raised in Bonanza, Alberta before moving to Dawson Creek to attend high school. It was there she and Dan met through their local church. She worked for 25 years as a legal secretary in local law firms before they moved to Tumbler Ridge. In Fort St. John, Norma also worked in the first aid business as an office assistant in a first aid training facility.

Dan and Norma have been involved in local community events for most of their adult lives and are easily recognizable cooking pronto pups, hamburgers and tacos at the local fall fairs and trade shows.

Danielle Wilson

Danielle graduated in 2004 from North Peace Senior Secondary School. She has worked over the winter with her parents stocking units, delivering supplies and helping to dispatch units and attendants. She will be attending Northern Lights College in September 2005 to further her office and bookkeeping skills to assist in the family business.
